Refund Policy
This policy explains return eligibility, timelines, and how refunds are issued.
1) Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2) Condition requirements
Returned items must be:

Unused and in resellable condition

Returned with original packaging and included accessories

Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
3) Items generally not eligible for return
Unless defective on arrival or required by law:

Gift cards and digital items

Clearance/final sale items

Items returned with signs of use, wear, missing parts, or damage

Certain hygiene/safety items once opened (if applicable)

Special-order/custom items (if applicable)

Items marked non-returnable on the product page
4) Start a return

Photos if damaged or incorrect
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and (when needed) an RMA reference.
Please don’t ship returns without authorization, unidentified packages may be refused or delayed.
5) Return shipping costs

Change of mind / wrong item ordered: customer pays return shipping

Wrong item shipped / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification
6) Inspection & refund timing
After your return is delivered, inspection typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–7 business days to post after we process the refund.
7) Order cancellations
If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If the order has shipped, the return process applies.
8) Delivery issues
Report missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include photos when possible.
