Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes processing timelines, delivery estimates, and what to do if a package is delayed or arrives damaged.
1) Where we ship
We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may have restrictions based on size/weight or carrier limitations.
2) Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs additional handling time or is backordered, we’ll notify you.
3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

Standard: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (when offered at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
4) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is emailed when a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.
5) Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Returned packages due to address issues may require a reshipping fee.
6) Damaged, missing, or delayed packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact support@safepaths.shop within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
